Summary: Room was ok but only bedding for 4 and we booked 5 people so had to pay for rollaway. Onlyn4 bath towels given. Pool and hot tub frequently overfull of the max number of people allowed. Staff didnt really tell us what was available and we had to look up and ask. Coffee maker down and only 2 things of coffee available in room. Conditioner not refilled and we ran out. Called to fix toilet and it took 1:45 minutes for someone to come up to fix it. No suttle on weekdays which was not mentioned.

Summary: The inside hot tub was not very warm. The heated pool was freezing cold. We went there for my son’s 10th birthday so he could swim and he couldn’t even go in the inside/outside “heated” pool because it was colder than our rivers around here.
